THE NIGHT TERRORS OF EFFINGHAM EXPERIENCE: This attraction is intended to be frightening. Performers are specifically trained to scare you. Our haunted attraction utilizes bright lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, moving walls and flooring, realistic props, cinematic gore, power tools, uneven flooring, tight spaces, intense audio, and in some cases no lights at all, sudden actions and an overall physically demanding environment. You should expect to encounter all of the above in your interactive haunt experience with Night Terrors of Effingham.

IF YOU BREAK THE RULES, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OR BE ESCORTED OFF THE GROUNDS! ALL SALES FINAL! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! STAY SAFE, DON'T BE STUPID! WE WANT YOU TO BE SAFE AND HAVE FUN.

YOUR PHYSICAL STATE: DO NOT ENTER Night Terrors of Effingham if you are intoxicated, wearing a cast or medical brace of any kind, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. DO NOT ENTER Night Terrors of Effingham if you are on mind/body impairing medication or using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are noticed by the Night Terrors of Effingham staff.

WHILE IN OUR ATTRACTION: DO NOT smoke, run, push, eat or drink inside our attraction. There is NO touching actors or other customers or props inside/outside Night Terrors of Effingham. Absolutely no use of cell phones for any reason allowed inside the attraction (you must focus on the environment around you to avoid injury). NO video or photography may be taken inside Night Terrors of Effingham. NO use of cameras of any kind, flashlights, lights or any lighted devices may be used inside this attraction. You will not be admitted, NO refund will be granted and you will be asked to leave or escorted off of the property if any of rules are not followed.

IMPORTANT LEGAL STUFF: Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken away at any time with refused admission. Holder/owner of this ticket understands that there is some risk involved with attending our attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction, holder agrees to release the operator, it's parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors and employees and landlord from liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending this haunted attraction.
